To place an order by purchase order, please follow our simple step by step process below:
1. Create your purchase order form
The form should include all the below information and MUST be on headed paper:
- Purchase order number / reference
- Exact name of item
- Quantity of item
- Item cost
- Delivery cost
- Contact name
- Contact number
- Billing address
- Delivery address
- Email address
- Email address of Accounts department
- Contact name of Accounts member
PLEASE NOTE – We require all details to process purchase order.
2.Once complete, please email your purchase order form to our email address

PLEASE NOTE – All accepted purchase orders will receive order confirmation, along with delivery information. There will then be 30 day payment terms allowed on the purchase orders.
