Order Cancellations
QUICKPLAY cannot cancel orders once placed due to automated processing. If you ordered by mistake, follow our 30-Day Returns Policy to return your order for a refund.
Returning Your Item(s)
30-Day Returns Policy

New, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition.

Opened items may be accepted if unused and in resellable condition; photos may be required.

Items opened but not in resellable condition, or returned due to change of mind, are not eligible for a refund.

To request a return, open a support ticket with your order number or proof of purchase. Instructions will be provided for approved returns.

Items returned without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping charges are not reimbursable. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Used products, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and spare parts cannot be returned.

Gift items are not eligible unless the original order number or proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.

Non-reimbursable charges will be deducted.

Items in a “used” condition are not eligible for refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Card issuers may take up to 30 days to credit the refund.

If a refund is not received within 10 days, contact your card-issuing bank, then open a support ticket if needed.
