What Size Football Goal for Each Age Group?

Goal size follows match format rather than age alone. The FA sets a goal size for each format through FutureFit, in force from the 2026/27 season: 4x2.5' for U7, 12x6' for U8 to U11, 16x7' for U12 and U13, and 21x7' or 24x8' from U14. Sizes in between are training sizes, and every goal below is listed with its sizes, setup time and weight.
