QUICKPLAY wants everyone to be able to shop with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We test the site regularly and fix what we find, and an independent accessibility review is planned.
What we have done
- The whole store works with a keyboard, including menus, product pictures and the cart. There is a visible focus outline and a "Skip to content" link.
- Buttons, links and product pictures have names and descriptions for screen readers.
- Videos that play by themselves have a pause button, and moving content stays still if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Pages work when zoomed in and on small screens, and we check colour contrast against the guidelines.
Known limitations
Some features come from other companies, such as product reviews, live chat and payments, and checkout is run by Shopify. We check these too, but we cannot change all of them ourselves. Some older documents, such as PDF instructions, may not be fully accessible. Contact us if you need one in another format.
