Fast Tracked Shipping
For all "in-stock" items, we offer estimated 1-3 business days delivery (Mon - Fri). For more detail please see our Shipping Policy.
Optional Shipping Protection CoverageQUICKPLAY is pleased to offer customers the option to purchase Comprehensive Shipping Protection Coverage, provided through Navidium. By opting into this coverage during checkout for a small additional fee, customers can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that if a product is lost, stolen or damaged during the delivery process, immediate replacements parts or full products are provided without the need for further inquiries or questions.
Optional Coverage
The shipping protection add-on is entirely optional, and customers have the freedom to choose whether or not to include it during the checkout process.

Undelivered Orders
Upon dispatch, you will be provided with tracking information to monitor your order's delivery progress. If you have not received your item in accordance with your estimated delivery date, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. Please refer to the terms of the Optional Shipping Protection Coverage to understand how your case will be handled.
Please note; we cannot accept claims for missing/undelivered orders more than 15 days after sale.
Pre Order Items
If an item is listed as PRE-ORDER, the estimated dispatch date will be stated at the top of this page. Please be aware that dispatch dates for PRE-ORDER items are estimates based on current information. Our team will always endeavor to let you know if there will be a delay shipping your item.
Order Cancellations
QUICKPLAY is unable to cancel orders once placed, due to the automated systems we use to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. If you ordered by mistake you can follow our 30 Day Returns Policy to return your order for a refund.
30 Day Returns
New, unopened items that have been purchased directly through the QUICKPLAY online store can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds for more info.
