One Year Guarantee on New Kickster Goals
Kickster Goals are designed for training and recreational games and are not safety tested for match use.
All new Kickster Goals are maintenance free and come with a 12 month product quality guarantee for part faults beyond normal wear and tear. All Kickster Pro goals are Guaranteed for use by children aged 12 and under only. Use by persons over 12 years will invalidate this Guarantee. Purchases are non-refundable unless due to product or part fault caused by Quick Play Sport Ltd. All faulty parts will be replaced free of charge within this 12 month period.
Unfortunately we do not offer any guarantee on used Kickster goals or other used stock. However, replacement parts can be bought from the Replacement Parts section of our website shop.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy
The Buyer may cancel the Contract for any reason in the period of thirty (30) working days after the day of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer. To cancel the Contract, the Buyer shall notify Quick Play Sport Ltd in writing or other durable medium such as e-mail or fax, but not by telephone of the cancellation within seven (7) working days after the day of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer and repackage the relevant Goods in an unused condition securely and send them to Quick Play Sport Ltd at the address below.
Should the goal need to be returned through no fault of Quick Play Sport Ltd, a £20 re-stocking fee will be charged, which covers transportation and checking in the warehouse. Any goals that are returned in an unfit state will result in a refund being denied.
Quick Play Sport Ltd will not be held liable for the loss in transit of any returned item(s). We advise you to ensure the products are adequately packed and insured during any return journey. We would also advise you to use a courier if you are unable to deliver the products personally.
Please be aware the we do not offer a Cancellations, Refunds & Returns Policy on used Kickster goals or other used stock.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card security is guaranteed through our payment partner Paypal. Quick Play Sport Ltd does not collect or store customers financial details during transactions.

Delivery Information
All UK Mainland orders over £75 receive free delivery within mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. All orders under £75 will be subject to a delivery charge based on the Shipped Weight of the order.
Orders under 3Kg Shipped Weight will be subject to a £1.99 delivery charge.
Orders above 3Kg Shipped Weight will be subject to a £6.00 delivery charge.
These rates are only valid for UK delivery within mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland). For deliveries outside the UK, mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland, please contact us.

We endeavour to dispatch your order to you within 2 working days, subject to the receipt of cleared funds (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear). However, because delay is sometimes outside of the control of Quick Play Sport Ltd, time of delivery shall not be of the essence. As such, the Quick Play Sport Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the products. If you have not received the products within 28 days you may contact Quick Play Sport Ltd by email quoting your order reference number and cancel that order. We will refund any money paid by you in relation to that order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the products on receipt. Quick Play Sport Ltd will not be liable for loss or damage during transit unless you notify us in writing (including email) of the nature of the damage within 7 working days of the date of delivery. The liability of Quick Play Sport Ltd will be limited to the replacement of products damaged or lost, and we will credit you with the value of lost or damaged products at our discretion. Under no circumstances shall Quick Play Sport be liable for consequential loss or damage arising from loss or damage occurring in the course of carriage.
